We can typically match with talent within 24 - 48 hrs post our interview meeting with you. Talent can be hired and made available within 48 hrs as well.
3. What's the interview meeting?
Most companies just focus on providing talent on technical assessment. We focus on soft skill and communication assessments of the talent we bring to you as well. So the interview meeting is to develop an understanding of how your company "gets things done" and matching the right fit of talent for your culture.
4. Can I interview the engineers before hiring?
Yes. We can follow whatever hiring process you want to. Again, the idea is to work with you.
